Grilled Parsnip Ravioli with mushrooms and smoked sage butter.
Participated at the Q the book contest where the challenge this month was to create a vegetarian dish on the bbq. Every ingredient must have been prepared on the Q. I had a little time so I decided to cold smoke some butter as I told yesterday and mix it up with sage. Made a parsnip, ricotta, apple cider, parmesan filling for the ravioli. Grilled and flambéed the mushrooms with whiskey. Nice but heavy meal since my ravioli should have been a little bit thinner.
