1 big onion
3 cloves of fresh garlic
¾ cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Cut the zucchini in large pieces and grill them over a hot fire. Meanwhile cut the onion in big pieces and crush the fresh garlic.
Place a cast iron pot over a medium fire. Pour some olive oil in the pot and simmer the onion and garlic.
Fry the onion until translucent. Then add the grilled zucchini and let it simmer for about 10 min.
Add the chicken broth and let it cook for another half hour above medium fire.
Mix the soup and enjoy!
